Koshi Tappu Wildlife Camp conservation, activities & support

Koshi Tappu Wildlife Reserve is home to around 300 bird species. Some are migratory birds. Numerous mammals, including endangered ones, live on the reserve.

The extraordinarily rich wildlife of this sanctuary is under threat. Deforestation and poaching have brought loss to the area. This has happened through the lack of educational facilities for local people.
