A weekend Gateway
Tentative program based on a 2 nights stay
Day : 01 Arrive Biratnagar airport. Drive to Koshi Tappu Wildlife camp.
1300 Hrs : Lunch
1500 Hrs : Birding in the nearby surroundings.
1900 Hrs : Dinner.
Day : 02 0530 Hrs : Wake up call.
0600 Hrs : Morning nature walk nearby.
0800 Hrs : Breakfast.
0900 Hrs :Gentle wildlife rafting on the Sapta Koshi river with guides. View some of the water birds, water buffaloes, dolphins, marine and jungle wildlife. End boat trip by the bank of the river and have picnic lunch. Short drive to the Koshi Barrage to view bird life and fresh water dolphins. Late afternoon return to the camp.
1900 Hrs : Dinner.
Day : 03 0530 Hrs : Wake up call.
0600 Hrs : Bird watching in the jungle near by.
0800 Hrs : Breakfast.
0900 Hrs : Departure to Biratnagar Airport. Fly back to Kathmandu

0600 Hrs : Bird watching in the jungle nearby.
0800 Hrs : Breakfast.
0900 Hrs : Departure to Biratnagar airport. Fly back to Kathmandu
